Who We Are

The data controller of this website (complimed.eu) is Dr. Giuseppe S. Pierno. For any privacy-related request, write to info@complimed.eu.

What Data We Collect

When you use the contact forms on this site, we collect the data you provide: name, company, business email address, and — depending on the form — phone number, country, device class, current status and the content of your message, together with a record of your consent and its timestamp. If you write to us directly by email, we process the correspondence you send.

For cookies and similar technologies, see the Cookie Policy.

Why We Process It, and on What Legal Basis

We process your data to respond to your enquiry and, where you request it, to take steps prior to entering into a contract. The legal bases are your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable follow-up. Consent records are kept as evidence of consent. You can request deletion at any time (see your rights below).

Who Receives Your Data

Your data is processed by the technical providers that run this website and its email — acting as processors — with hosting located in the European Union. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Your Rights

Under Articles 15–21 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR) without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@complimed.eu — we respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR) — in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

Changes to This Policy
